Under this phase, the National Iranian Gas Company has used 36" spiral pipes
for the first time, jointly manufactured by Sadid & Salz Gitter factories.
More than 40% pipes needed by the project are manufactured domestically by Sadid
Pipes & Profile Company as a result of incessant efforts on the part of the
management of the National Iranian Gas efforts Company . As the pipes were carried
out both by Sadid Factories Complex ( monolayer) and by Salafchegan Factories
( 3-layer ) . This Venture Has Resulted in Transfer Of Technology , as well as
in the creation ofdomestically manufactured sprial gas pipes have been used by
this project . Another Important Point Concerning Project execution is the
use of railway to faciliate transportation of pipes directly from bandar imam
up to sarakhs for a distance of 50 kilometers alnogside the pipeline. in view
of the significance of the project, the autorities of the ministry of petroleum
, inter alia , the minister of petroleum , Deputy-minister of petroleum for enginieering
& Technology , Deputy - minister of petroleum for gas ( multi-phase) , visited
the project and were acquainted with the process of project's progress
